class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Responsibilities:<br>\uf0b7 Liase with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability<br>and value meet the requirements of each project.<br>\uf0b7 Conduct site visit to create assessment and project for future jobs<br>\uf0b7 Taking off quantity, drafting BQ, preparing and analysing cost for tendering works<br>for future jobs<br>\uf0b7 Negotiate cost and claims between proposals and contracts<br>\uf0b7 Price\/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project<br>\uf0b7 Track changes to the design and\/or construction work and adjusting budget<br>projections accordingly<br>\uf0b7 Attend Tender Interviews\/ clarifications<br>\uf0b7 Select and\/or source construction materials<br>\uf0b7 Measure and value the work done on site<br>\uf0b7 Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations, bids and proposals<br>within Client deadlines<br>\uf0b7 Any other relevant supporting duties as may be assigned by the Management<br>from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Requirements:<br>\uf0b7 Degree\/Diploma\/Certificate in Quantity Surveying Or Building Technology.<br>\uf0b7 Minimum 3 years experience in related field (interior design, renovation ,<br>construction)<br>\uf0b7 Understand Contractual terms and processes<br>\uf0b7 Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good<br>knowledge of laws<br>\uf0b7 Good Communication skill and able to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors<br>\uf0b7 Have own transport<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size
