class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferably in a scientific or health related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three (3) years clinical research experience or relevant experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and the importance of efficient site activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appreciation of \/ experience in compliance-driven environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-management and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language capabilities \u2013 English (read, write, conversation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
