Job requirements:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics Business, Supply Chain or related

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in function of demand planning, inventory management, order processing. Customer service, logistics management & distribution

• Min 2-3 years of experience in people management skill

Knowledge & Skills

• Good ERP SAP knowledge and experience with good storage practise as prescribed by the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau of the Ministry of Health & Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices(GDPMD) will be an added advantage

• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office

•  Travelling as and when required

• Self-started and self-motivated

• Ability to anticipate change, adapt an execute change

•  Ability to manage and successfully meet goals and objectives to the business

• Strong partnering and communicating skills across department and function to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Innovative problem solver with confidence to challenge the status quo and gain the but in of stakeholders at all level of organization.

• Strong leadership skills to create and maintain department visibility, coaching team member and leading initiative or projects with broads scope and impact outside own department

•  Ability to work in a hybrid matrix environment where priority change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required
