  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day accounting, invoicing, credit control, purchase
    order management, payments, business tax, expenses, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, cash
    management, financial forecast and annual returns etc.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and year end accounts including liaison with the
    external auditors, company secretary and tax consultant.
  • Assist on preparation of budgets, monitoring and reporting of costs against budget.
  • Implement efficient and effective systems, processes and controls for all areas of the finance
    and operational functions to facilitate planned growth and future business activities and to
    provide relevant and timely information to the management team.
  • Preparation of loan / grant application
  • Responsible on monthly reporting of management account to board/investor/client
  • Ad-hoc management reporting as requested by CEO or HOD

  • Qualification & Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or any other recognised accounting body.
  • More than 2 years’ experience of preparing accounts to trial balance, payroll processing,
    maintaining sales and purchase ledger.
  • Experience in the IT services of software and consulting sector including timesheet system.
  • Experience working in Technology, Trading, Training & consultancy business.
