Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
 Liase with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability
and value meet the requirements of each project.
 Conduct site visit to create assessment and project for future jobs
 Taking off quantity, drafting BQ, preparing and analysing cost for tendering works
for future jobs
 Negotiate cost and claims between proposals and contracts
 Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
 Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget
projections accordingly
 Attend Tender Interviews/ clarifications
 Select and/or source construction materials
 Measure and value the work done on site
 Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations, bids and proposals
within Client deadlines
 Any other relevant supporting duties as may be assigned by the Management
from time to time.

Job Requirements:
 Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying Or Building Technology.
 Minimum 3 years experience in related field (interior design, renovation ,
construction)
 Understand Contractual terms and processes
 Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good
knowledge of laws
 Good Communication skill and able to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors
 Have own transport
